Thank you for shopping with Bellori Couture. We take pride in creating custom, made-to-order beauty and fashion products designed exclusively for you. Because each item is uniquely crafted, our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality and integrity of our production process.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Made-to-Order Products

Please note that all Bellori Couture products are made-to-order, meaning each item is crafted specifically for your purchase. Due to this, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun, except under limited circumstances outlined below.

Refunds

We only offer refunds if:

  • Your order is not received due to a verified shipping or fulfillment error on our part.

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@belloricouture.com, including your order number and any relevant tracking details. Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Item Swaps & Corrections

We understand that mistakes can happen, such as selecting the wrong shade of foundation or product variation. In cases like these, we may allow a one-time product swap for a different shade or comparable item.
To qualify for a swap:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for the swap unless the error was ours.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@belloricouture.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter through a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
