Because our products are handcrafted and customized for each customer, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while maintaining the integrity of our bespoke production process.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Refund Eligibility
At Bellori Couture, we only issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Your order was never received, and tracking information confirms it was not delivered.
- There is a verified fulfillment error (e.g., the wrong item was sent).
If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date by emailing support@belloricouture.com.
Please include the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, shipping details)
Once your claim is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Made-to-Order and Non-Refundable Items
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or preference
- Ordering the wrong product or shade
- Late delivery due to postal delays outside our control
However, in special cases (for example, ordering the wrong shade of foundation), we may allow a swap or correction, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
Send a detailed email with photos to support@belloricouture.com, and our team will assess the situation. If approved, you’ll receive either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A store credit for future use
Processing Time for Refunds
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
